When you've been blessed, you give back.

MW Cares founders

Mitchell Ward built MW Logistics from the ground up into one of the leading logistics companies in North America. The giving was part of it from the beginning, long before there was a foundation to give it structure. He and Pam were already directing resources toward students who needed scholarships, families who needed food, and community programs doing meaningful work without enough support behind them.

MW Cares Foundation formalized that giving, creating a way to bring partners to the table, move resources at scale, and stay invested in the work over time. The commitment is to consistency. Stay close to the work, stay close to the people it serves, and make sure every dollar is moving someone's life in a better direction.

A Texas State University graduate and alumna of Stanford's Executive Program, she also serves on the Logistics and Supply Chain Advisory Board at the University of North Texas' G. Brint Ryan College of Business. She shapes the foundation's priorities, manages its partnerships, and makes sure the work stays grounded in what the community actually needs.
